My copy of Civ 5 isn't on steam so i can't get the world builder through that route - anyone know where (if) i can get a non-steam. Civilization v world builder. On steam, go to Library > Tools and then look for 'Civilization 5 SDK' and download it. This is the CIV 5 world builder. No in game changes. AND it seems kinda buggy. Thank you though gibus. Its not buggy, you have to learn it.

Seriously the mansions on the display are ugly, looked like it was A LOT rushed, and looked like a 2 year old did it. And the fact that I have to pay $3 for those crummy builds is just outrageous. Talk about rip off. It’s just like trying to sell lemonade without any lemonade! Where are the real mansions? My sister can build WAY better builds that each and every one of those mansions smashed together, and she’s only 6 years old!!!!!!!!
